The role would focus on growing sales and lettings within our estate agency, where you will help landlords fine new people move into their new home, and help sellers find new buyers for their property. You will also share a vibrant and busy office and gain experience in all areas of estate agency. An interest in property is a must and competitive drive to win in your career would also be a plus. At Harry Harper Sales & Lettings, no two days are ever the same. You will build relationships with landlords and applicants to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before taking them to view properties and helping them choose their dream home. You'll be negotiating deals on a daily basis and pitching to win new business from clients as our brand grows within South Wales. When not on viewings you will keep in touch with landlords and vendors, updating them with the progress of the property that you agree deals on. Once a let /sale has been agreed it will be up to you to progress right through to move in with the help of your supportive team around you.

The role responsibility would include:

- Managing your own diary and daily tasks effectively
- Booking viewings using our software
- Understanding an applicant’s requirements and finding suitable properties for them
- Confidence in leading viewings
- Negotiating deals between the landlords, vendors and applicants
- Administration and progression
- Working to set targets both individually and as part of the wider business
- Prospecting for new clients to join our business
- Enjoying your role and being a team player

You must be:

- Able to drive with a full EU driving licence
- Highly self-motivated to achieve success
- Able to work to targets
- Passionate with a drive for sales
- Excellent computer skills and as basic understanding of marketing
- Someone who wants to have a career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
