Sales Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team in managing the administrative tasks of our sales department.
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to assist with the effective delivery of our waste services. You will be an effective and competent communicator with exceptional administrative, organisational and customer service skills. You will have a working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be an effective problem solver and be flexible enough to embrace change with the development of existing services and the implementation of new services
**Responsibilities**:
- Log and action telephone orders from the general public and trade
- To liaise with Local Authority Highways personnel as required
- To ensure COD customer payments are made
- To take credit card payments as required
- To ensure all delivery tickets are correctly completed and invoiced
- To maintain/ update spreadsheets as required
- To assist Senior staff in the effective and efficient delivery of service
- To promote the Company in a professional manner
- To provide administrative support to other colleagues as required.
- To undertake any other duties within the Dawson Holdings Group of Companies as reasonably requested
**Requirements**:
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
**Must have access to own vehicle and drivers license due to access to location**
Pay: £23,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
