**Key Responsibilities**: As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
**Sales Support**: Assist the recruitment team in preparing proposals and reports to showcase the value of our recruitment services.
**Coordination**: Schedule client meetings, interviews, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
**Team Support**: Support the senior leadership team with file management and stats
**Invoicing and Documentation**: Generate and manage invoices, contracts, and other documentation to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a sales administration or support role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite
