Our client in Cardiff is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.

- Ability to work at pace with accuracy and an eye for detail
- Deliver high standard with multiple priorities
- Excellent IT

**Responsibilities**
- Process all sales orders and administration tasks around licencing and customer orders.
- All Administration
- Prepare, raise, and provide customer quotations including working with support and international colleagues.
- Act as the first point of contact.
- Provide excellent telephone-based customer service.
- Proactively manage the company CRM.
- Attend Sales Meetings.
- Effectively communicate with members of the field sales team and sales support to ensure a good understanding of area forecast and activity.
- Ensuring accurate order compliance
