**Sales Administrator / Account Executive**

- Monday - Friday, 8.45am-5.15pm (3pm finish on Friday)
- Salary up to £25,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience

**The Team**:
With approximately 120 colleagues across the group, there is a strong network of industry professionals with a reputation for service excellence. **The Role**:
To provide an effective business support function within the team, successfully maintaining customer accounts via a combination of administrative assistance and customer care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor orders for your assigned customers and notify them of updates or changes on a timely and regular basis.
- Track orders from production to completion, liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date.
- Undertake accurate and timely sales administration activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for allocated customer account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Ensure that all required client and sales data is accurately inputted into the Company system.
- Assist with any client/supplier issues, ensuring that any are dealt with in a swift and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products and services that the Company offers and be able to advise others about them.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational webinars / workshops, undertaking research, reviewing professional publications.
- Generate new / additional business with existing clients, including upselling and cross selling.
- Follow up all outbound marketing campaigns as allocated.
- Forecast and track account metrics to prepare reports on account status.
- Establish and develop collaborative relationships within and across the Company.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
- Experience within a Sales administration /order processing / account management function.
- Experience of working within s customer service, solutions-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Influencing and negotiating skills.
- Effective listening skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret information.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner.
- IT skills: good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and E-mail.
- Effective problem-solving ability.
