**HR Administrator**
**Cardiff City Centre**
**Salary - £23,400 per annum**
**Permanent**
**Full Time - 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday**
**Hybrid working after training (Office based initially whilst training)**

Our client is Cardiff City Centre is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Essential**
- Previous Admin experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly organised and can work to a strict deadlines
- Excellent IT skills

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all telephone calls to the main department number
- Drafting contracts and letters
- Responding to reference requests
- Administration support for the company induction
- Liaising with the payroll department in relation to new starters and leavers
- Providing data entry support to the payroll function to include updating the HR system
- Sending and preparing new starter paperwork
- Requesting references
- Undertaking standard employment checks (right to work, DBS checks etc.)
- Acknowledging resignations
- Scheduling exit interviews
