About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team at Allen & Harris. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details and managing customer enquiries
  • Ensure office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, preferably in an estate agency environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and internet-based systems
  • A keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes
