About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to join our team at Allen and Harris. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, both in branch and over the phone.
  • Manage office expenditure, ensuring it remains within budgeted levels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, or a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
