Job Description:
Pertemps Cardiff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving/exceeding hire and sales targets by providing administrative support to our sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service by dealing with visitors, customers, and drivers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maximize hire & sales revenue opportunities with existing and new customers by identifying and pursuing new business leads.
- Liaise with customers, assisting them with their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with our sales representatives as necessary to resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Process customer orders and advise on any shortfalls or issues.
- Update equipment on our Branch stock computer system promptly and accurately.
- Prepare quotations and estimates as required to support our sales team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems.
