HOURS: 44 per week - permanent role

SALARY: £29,703 basic salary per year

BONUS/OTE: Realistic total earning potential of up to £39,686 per year

Eurocell Group Ltd is a dynamic and ambitious company that values its people as its greatest asset. We are looking for a skilled Trade Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales and customer service excellence.

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring the branch operates effectively, and developing relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer experience. You will also manage day-to-day branch operations, team absences, and deployment, as well as support regional teams with recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure the branch operates effectively and efficiently
  • Develop relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and team absences
  • Support regional teams with recruitment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
