**Tasks to be trained in**
- **I**nteracting with clients on the phone
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant team
- Taking messages
- Building relationships with clients
- Preparing and booking meeting rooms
- Updating CRM Database
- Assisting the finance team with invoices and orders

**Training to be provided**
- Communication in a business environment.
- Principles of providing an admin service.
- Health and safety in a business environment.
- Manage personal performance and development
- Employee rights and responsibilities.
- Functional Skills Math’s and English will also be provided.

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Business Admin Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 20% Off The Job Training
- The course is a 15-18 months programme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durham, DH7 8TZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
