**Responsibilities**:

- As an Office Junior Administration Assistant your main role will be to assist in the day to day running of the business and provide administrative support to staff.

**Duties**:

- To assist in the day-to day running of the department.
- Prepare documentation and invoices in line with requirements for the shipment.
- To assist staff with documentation.
- Liaise with hauliers, shipping agents and other suppliers, providing full, clear instructions on any work they are undertaking on the company’s behalf.
- To provide customers with full, clear confirmation of any bookings. Maintaining communication with them regarding any delays or changes to their shipment.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
- To ensure you are complying with the processes and procedures of the Company in line with the standards associated with our ISO accreditation.
- To keep records of all shipping activities.
- To have excellent knowledge of potential customers and our competitors.
- To maintain a professional and courteous manner with both customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and preserve working relationships.
- Setting up new customer accounts, providing full support with their introduction to our services.
- Any other duties as required by the Company to ensure the smooth running of the business and sales/operations departments.

**Salary**: £10,296.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
