An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to work in the Council’s Payroll Section, and to study toward the payroll administrator qualification.

The apprenticeship is for 21 months and as well as attending college you will have the opportunity to develop your payroll skills by supporting a wide range of payroll-related tasks including assisting in the calculation and inputting of timesheets, processing new starters, leavers and variations, using the Council’s HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink), and also other pay and pension related work.
