A Business Administration apprenticeship provides a great opportunity to gain transferable skills, knowledge and behaviours to kickstart your career. We will provide you with valuable experience providing professional administrative support and where your duties will be varied depending on which team you are placed in, but could include updating and maintaining records, answering queries (by telephone or email), contacting customers, marketing activities, computer work, diary management plus many more.

You will be provided with all the training and support you need to be a success. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, personal attributes, skills and behaviours:


  • English Language & Maths Level 2 qualifications - GCSE at Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills (Predicted Grade or Obtained)

  • Communication skills - listening, spoken and written

  • ICT Skills - Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

  • Team player who is not afraid to try something new

  • Commitment to own personal and professional development

ABOUT OUR OFFER: We offer a competitive apprenticeship salary, paid time to attend training, generous annual leave, local government pension and access to several other benefits like discounts at high street and online retailers, and health & wellbeing support including access to mental wellbeing support and physiotherapy services. SALARY: We pay our apprentices National Minimum Wage for Age:

Age 21 and over: £11.44 perhour - £22,071.00

Age 18 to 20: £8.60 per hour - £16,591.84

Under 18: £6.40 per hour - £12,347.42

CONTRACT DURATION: 18 Months
