**Role and Responsibility**:

- Working in a safe manner and in accordance with company health and safety policy at all times.
- Following all procedures and guidelines within company ISO9001 quality system.
- File Invoices, PO, Cal Certs and job sheets
- Manage the Projects, production and RMA from 'inventory request sheet' and make adjustments.
- Mill cert scanning and filing
- Generate and monitor sundry, order any amazon parts that may be required
- Filing internal expenditure sheets
- Assist with Supplier Questionnaires
- Liaise with Purchase Manager to assist when necessary
- Liaise with Finance Manager to assist when necessary

- Confidence & enthusiasm

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
