South East Drainage Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to join the team.

We are an established family run business providing a vast variety of drainage & plumbing solutions to both commercial and residential customers, throughout the Surrey, Hampshire & West Sussex areas.

You will be responsible for providing our new and existing customers with an organised and exceptional customer experience. This will involve sending any documents required for us to start and complete the work, make the booking, ensuring we have the correct address and contact information. Following up with a phone call the day after the completion of the job, to ensure they are happy with the work, our team and their conduct and don't need any further assistance. It also never hurts to ask for an online review

The role will also include general administration, secretarial & light book keeping. Placing orders with suppliers, supporting our field based team and senior management team as and when required. There is a real potential to grow within this role, expand on the current duties and to create a niche role for yourself within an inspiring and forward-thinking organisation.

**Primary duties will include,**
- Answering business calls
- Booking in jobs, organising materials and organising our field team.
- Competent in working with Sage & Xero.
- Sending invoices & Quotes.
- Light book keeping.
- Organising & Filing.

**Must haves to include**

**. **Experience with Office suite.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- A real can-do attitude.
- Confident, polite & friendly telephone manner.
- Minimum 5 years experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £18,706.06-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
