Type: Part Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
HSB Technical Ltd is a specialist recruitment business based not far from Denmead Village, Southern Hampshire. As a business, we supply staff both permanent and contract staff across the globe.
We are now looking for an Office Administrator to join our vibrant and colourful team to assist us with our recruitment & payroll administration. Within this position, you will mainly work closely with both our Payroll Manager and our Contract Desk - you will also spend some of your time feeding valuable information to our team of consultants.
HSB Technical Ltd is a well-established and highly regarded entity within our industry.
Ability to:
Work with and support the departments within HSB Technical offering administration support where needed
Use Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and so on
Answer inbound phone calls and distribute accordingly
Assist with and take control of the company’s marketing
Oversee and manage the content on our website
Document and detail your work completed in a clear and communicative manor
Oversee and assist with changes on our CRM
Manage internal audits
Qualifications/Documents/Other Requirements:
Driving Licence - we are located in the countryside with no public transport access, therefore a Driving Licence is essential
An administration / Payroll / Numbers Background is Essential for this position
