Administrator required for an Insurance repair company based in Waterlooville. This is a permanent role based full time in the office.
Job Role and description
Client admin and operations support
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (there could be some flexibility with start and finish time)
- computer literate, previous experience with all aspects of Microsoft office
- Work as part of a team
- Update web based client portals
- Update company bespoke job management systems
- Liaise with customers and clients and update on progress of claims
- Order materials for ongoing projects
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Support other operation team members
£24,960 per annum - permanent role.
Please note this is a fairly remote location so own transport would be advised.
