South Downs Tree Services, established in 2017, is a fast-growing tree surgery business supplying services throughout the South of England and beyond. We have established ourselves as one of the leading tree surgery firms in the area due to our friendly and trustworthy team of operatives and office employees tailoring our work around our client’s individual requirements.

**Job Role Duties**:

- Arranging and booking appointments
- Writing and sending quotations to clients
- Following up quotes, Purchases Orders and outstanding invoices
- Assisting management with booking jobs
- Chasing Purchase Orders
- Pre-job checks
- Document and diary management
- Adhering to operational calendar
- Book and organise operative training and qualifications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in previous administrative role
- Technologically proficiency and a fast learner on softwares
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above (or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative, problem-solving and decision-making
- Enthusiasm to work in a growing and developing company and office environment
- Able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- Knowledge of the arboriculture industry is an advantage, but not required
