Office Administrator

**Job Description - FWT administrator**
Job responsibilities include:
- Purchasing stock
- Processing incoming stock from UK and overseas suppliers
- Booking stock onto system & ensuring stock is in correct location in the stores **(job includes going into our warehouse to check stock).**
- Processing credit notes
- Processing daily despatch invoices on the system
- Data entry
- Petty cash
- Assisting with admin side of stock check
- Basic spreadsheet creation and upkeep
- Answering phones - taking messages for sales.
The working hours for this role are 8:30AM - 17:00PM with an early finish of 4PM on a Friday. The pay rate is £11.44 per hour with a monthly bonus scheme which over the year averages to 15%.
