Back Office Administrator

We have an open position for a **Back office administrator** to join our team in Telford (England).
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing information about products or services;
- to assist with the maintenance and smooth running of the sales accounts for our German clients
- Customer account management, including invoicing and payments;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance;
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues;
- Ensuring compliance with the deadlines established by the Group.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in German and also a good command of English;
- High organizational capacity and sense of responsibility;
- Orientation by objectives, results and Critical analysis;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Experience in MS office;
- Experience in the use of internet portals
- Experience in industrial environment (preferential);
- Proactive and responsible

**Salary**: £14,745.74-£26,021.72 per year
