Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.
**Duties**:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and managing expenses
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
