Shropshire Gas is the county's leading provider of Gas, Oil and Multi-fuel heating Services. We have a vacancy for someone to join us in the role of Office Administrator.

Are you a keen Office Administrator seeking an exciting new role or have some office experience suitable for this role?

Based in our busy Wellington, Telford Office our workload is primarily in the domestic heating services sector covering Shropshire, and we are looking to employ an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable person with a positive attitude whose duties will include:

- Liaising with customers and engineers to co-ordinate domestic service/repairs & callouts
- Diarising all Domestic works. Planning a field based team of engineers in a productive and efficient way
- Working with our office Management Team to help with the daily roll-out of works
- Raising Purchase orders for materials and spares
- Raising invoicing / Updating basic office databases
- Can use Microsoft word and excel
- Answering and directing telephone calls / quoting customers for small works. Telephone customers to book in routine heating maintenance calls.

A good telephone manner is essential and the ability to work within our team, also an ability to work on your own initiative is desirable.

37.5 hours per week
