**Salary: £23,000 per annum**

Working within this team, you role will report directly into the HR Operations Manager. The role holder is responsible for providing business focused and best practice end-to-end HR support. A substantial part of the role is concerned with being responsible for the administration, maintenance and reporting of HR master data.

**Stakeholder**
- Deal with first line, day-to-day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance) and where necessary directing queries to the best person or team to deal with them
- Respond or re-direct all HR Enquiries within the HR inbox within agreed SLA
- Issue appropriate correspondence relative to changes to terms and conditions of employment and ensure that relative data/systems are updated
- Assist in the process on on-boarding new staff
- Assist with all matters recruitment
- Systems administration and maintaining accurate people records within our HR Information System
- Administration relating to induction and training
- Work closely with payroll to report new starter, absence, changes and leaver information
- Support the HR Operations Manager with HR Projects as required
- Providing support to other areas of HR as required
- GDPR Compliance

**Experience of Job Holder**
- High volume administration experience (including systems/database administration) in HR, recruitment or payroll.
- Proven experience in extracting and analysing data
- Able to work on own initiative and hit the ground running
- An interest in HR or a recent HR Graduate

**Skills of Job Holder**
- You are naturally customer obsessed; ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain close to the detail and working to resolve issues in a timely manner
- A logical and systematic approach with confidence in using systems and software
- Good IT competence (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, HR systems)
- Confidence in verbal and written communications
- Someone who can work independently; multitask, organise and prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is a must together with comfort handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
- Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, and ensuring the integrity of HR records and conduct.
- An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and flexible in approach, able to evolve as the job evolves
