Showsec have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team at HQ in Leicester. This is a truly varied role that will see you be responsible for responding to HR queries, Employee Lifecycle, transactional administration, and the opportunity to be involved in project work.
**What you will be doing**:
- Responsible for the timely management of the HR inbox, assigning tasks to categories and ensuring SLA’s are adhered to
- Providing information to employees and casual workers on HR and business-based policies and procedures
- Maintaining electronic employee database
- Collating data and MI for the HR Manager and monthly reports
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Advisors
- Supporting with onboarding and induction of new starters
- Providing support to the Learning and Development Manager on the administration of corporate training
- Supporting the employee recruitment and selection process
- Recording fit notes and absences onto a tracker
- Supporting the HR Advisors with meeting minutes and letter templates
- Supporting the HR department with projects and delivery of department plan
**What Showsec can offer you**:
- Salary of £23,005.00 per annum
- 37.5 hour working week

**What we need from you**:
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified, or working towards one is desirable
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
- Ability to prioritise workload to deal with tasks in a timely manner
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Practical and logical; able to solve problems efficiently
