The post holder will support the HRBP in delivering a comprehensive and professional service to all customers in relation to HR Administration. You will be responsible for assisting the HR Business Partner in developing and implementing effective HR Administration processes and development of strategies to enable the business to deliver its strategic objectives. Enabling the team to deliver the highest possible quality of care to patients; ensuring efficient and effective HR Administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide a comprehensive HR Administration service to all customers, with professionalism at the forefront by following standard operating.

Responsible for processing all monthly payroll items for all employees in line with policy and procedure; meeting payroll deadlines
Inputting and maintaining payroll related trackers (e.g. Maternity, RTW, new starters etc.)
Monthly inputting and maintenance of all absence and DBS data

Responsible in ensuring the maintenance of employee files in line with GDPR, CQC requirements and best practice
Responsible for end to end recruitment and on-boarding for all sessional GP's
Responsible for accurate and recording and collation of ID documents
Generation of general correspondence, including letters, minutes and reports
Filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required

**What are we looking for**:
English GCSE or equivalent
IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Minimum Level 3 CIPD ideal or working towards level 3 CIPD
Strong HR Administration skills with the minimum of 1+ years' experience working in a HR team
Experience of GDPR and file management and maintenance
Experience in accurately inputting, collating and analysing data

Able to build rapport with colleagues/employees
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Organisational skills with a methodical approach
Ability to work alone and within a team
