HR Administrator

Purpose:
The HR Administrator will provide a wide range of HR Support to the HR Team including administration, diary management and other ad hoc administration duties.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the administration of new starters and leavers for the site regarding HR files, paperwork, and payroll
- Produce absence management reports and any other related information and forward to the relevant line manager
- Producing ad hoc HR reports based on the information available on the system
- New starter forms, filing new starter folders, references, and medicals
- Support with the probationary review process
- Generate purchase orders, acquire relevant sign off, log information onto the commitment sheet and process invoices accordingly
- Produce general documentation (presentations, reports, and letters) for the HR Team
- Format, add and update HR Policies HR forms on the Company’s intranet
- Assist with planning training as required
- Attend meetings and type up notes from meetings if required
- Support the HR Business Partner and HR Advisor with day-to-day project work and administrative tasks
- Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to Payroll, for example, contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff benefits
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Experience in HR administration and an understanding of HR processes, including payroll (desirable)
