This is an ideal position for someone wanting to start a career in the events/exhibitions industry as full training will be given. No previous experience is necessary, but you should be able to demonstrate attention to detail, an analytical mind and an ability to learn.

The position is working for a small team offering Operational Management, Health & Safety and Feature Management to various UK and European Exhibitions. This role covers the approval of stand plans for exhibitions across the UK, Europe and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain databases and spreadsheets for all shows
- Deal with paperwork from exhibitors
- Provide a full range of administrative duties/functions to the rest of the team and when required.
- Provide support to the plans team, before, during and after they are onsite
- Process plans and issue certification to contractors
- Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted
- Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company
- Once trained the option to attend site for exhibitions and audit stand build
- Any other ad hoc duties

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, grammar and the ability to produce error-free documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of Mac products
- Pro-active and self motivated
- Planning & organisation skills
- Problem solving, questioning and focussed on finding solutions
- Working on your own, using your own initiative, as well as being a team player
- Flexible and with a passion for continuous improvement

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
