Estate Agent Office Co-ordinator

**Hamlyn Smith are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator, to oversee our Hove office**. While prior industry experience is not required, strong administrative and computer skills are essential, along with a great personality.
**When will I work?**
The job will be 5 days per week. The typical work hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, however you will also work every other Saturday, from 9am - 3pm (if you work the Saturday, you will work one less day in the week). These are the expected hours however different times may be discussed with suitable applicants.
**Where will I work?**
The role entails working in our Hove office and occasionally attending appointments, so your own car, as well as a full clean driving licence, is essential.
**What does the job involve?**
As well as being our Office Co-Ordinator, you will also be looking after our lettings portfolio. The role is therefore varied and involves a number of different factors, including:
*Overseeing the day to day running of the office, including ordering supplies, managing utility accounts, website and CRM management, drafting documents, bank reconciliation and other administrative tasks
*Answering calls, registering clients and booking appointments
*Manging social media feeds and helping with marketing
*Preparing agreements and documents for rental properties
*Assisting with managing tenancies, liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
*Processing tenancy renewals and end of tenancies
*Occasional property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants
*Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required
**What skills do I need?**
*Great organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi-task
*Good understanding of general CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
*As you will be dealing with clients, a positive, friendly attitude, and smart, professional appearance are essential
*You must drive and have your own car
*Although no experience is needed, previous property work and knowledge of the local area are an advantage
