Parks Residential is actively seeking a Lettings Coordinator to become a valuable addition to our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service. As part of our team, you will collaborate with a seasoned group of Letting Property Professionals who collectively oversee a diverse portfolio of 500 properties. This portfolio comprises a wide range of accommodation, including studios, 1-4 bedroom flats, family houses, and luxury apartments. **Skills required**:
**Customer Service Excellence**: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a friendly, welcoming demeanour when interacting with clients and customers.

**Organisational Skills**: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and ensure that all paperwork and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

**Attention to Detail**: The ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring property descriptions, paperwork, and marketing materials are accurate and error-free.

**Communication Skills**: Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for handling inquiries, interacting with clients, and creating marketing materials.

**Reception Skills**: Proficiency in reception duties, including greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.

**Administrative Proficiency**: Competency in general office administration, including filing, scanning, and record-keeping.

**Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and work with various software tools and systems.

**Marketing (preferred)**: While not essential, a basic understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create marketing materials is preferred.

**Team Player**: A collaborative and cooperative mindset to work effectively with colleagues, Lettings Negotiators, and management.

**Adaptability**: The capacity to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

**Proactive Attitude**: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues and opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Letting Department.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Manual Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
