The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to the values of BHT Sussex, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional, practical, and housing-related support to clients, using a positive and empowering approach.
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Preparing vacant rooms for re-letting, including cleaning, clearing, and coordinating maintenance/repairs.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in administration and support.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,259 per annum, pro rata, and includes a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance and access to a learning and development platform.
