**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Co-ordinator to join our team at St. Luke's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our SEND provision, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
You will have a deep understanding of SEND, with experience in assessing student needs, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver targeted interventions. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to analyze complex data, will enable you to make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes for our students.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including regular training and development opportunities.
