At Howdens Joinery Co., we are looking for a Trade Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing trade customers. You will contact customers on a daily basis via telephone and email, identifying upselling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • You will provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced and commercial environment, with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales-Focused: Identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the depot, including arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monthly Depot Bonus: OTE (On Target Earnings) of up to 20% of your base salary.

  • Pension Scheme: Enjoy a matched contribution pension scheme, with Howdens contributing a minimum of 8% and up to 12% if you pay more.
