About the Role:- You will contact trade customers on a daily basis via telephone and email, identifying upselling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales-Focused: Identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the depot, including arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Monthly Depot Bonus: OTE (On Target Earnings) of up to 20% of your base salary.
- Team Incentives: Participate in team incentives and outings to reward your hard work and dedication.
- Pension Scheme: Enjoy a matched contribution pension scheme, with Howdens contributing a minimum of 8% and up to 12% if you pay more.
- Holiday Entitlement: Enjoy 24 days holiday, rising to 26 days after 5 years.
- Staff Discount: Benefit from a staff discount on Howdens products.
- Buy as You Earn Share Scheme: Participate in a buy as you earn share scheme, allowing you to purchase shares in Howdens at a discounted rate.
