About the Role:
  • You will contact trade customers on a daily basis via telephone and email, identifying upselling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales-Focused: Identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the depot, including arranging appointments and fuel lead generation.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monthly Depot Bonus: OTE (On Target Earnings) of up to 20% of your base salary.
  • Team Incentives: Participate in team incentives and outings to reward your hard work and dedication.
  • Pension Scheme: Enjoy a matched contribution pension scheme, with Howdens contributing a minimum of 8% and up to 12% if you pay more.
  • Holiday Entitlement: Enjoy 24 days holiday, rising to 26 days after 5 years.
