**HR Coordinator | Spire The Montefiore Hospital | Hove | Permanent | Full time |**

The Montefiore Hospital is recruiting for a HR coordinator to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Lead HR Advisor, the HR Co-ordinator coordinates employee-related activities across the hospital. This will include activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including coordinating recruitment processes, processing new starters’ administration, reporting on key HR metrics and processing employee changes and leavers. The HR Co-ordinator will also help deliver internal communications to colleagues.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Help managing the local HR inbox, escalating to Lead HR Advisor as appropriate.
- Ensure all appropriate colleagues professional registrations (i.e. NMC, HCPC, DBS) are recorded and updated in Oracle (Florence) in line with Spire policy and the requirements of relevant professional bodies.
- Report on key HR metrics for the Lead HR Advisor and SMT (new starters, absence, turnover, etc.)
- Audit and maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, training, etc.) in line with CQC requirements.
- Process all new joiners, employee changes and leavers, using Spire’s HR Systems and liaising with the Colleague Experience Team as appropriate
- Help drive completion of annual mandatory training by enrolling new starters on the Spire e-learning platform and reporting on completion rates on a regular basis.
- Co-ordinate internal communications to the workforce (Newsletter, Ryalto, etc.)
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders
- General administration and coordination
- Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.

**Who we are looking for**

Ideally be holding or studying towards a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
