**Duties and responsibilities for the Service Administrator role include**:

- Responsible for your own customers and engineers within a region of the UK
- Ensure that you meet the maintenance needs of your customers
- Booking/scheduling engineers
- Complete all administration with regards to the maintenance contract
- Arranging delivery of parts
- Processing orders
- Follow up written and verbal complaints and resolve quickly

**Skills and experience required for theService Administrator **role**:

- Previous Customer service coordination experience
- Preferably coordinated engineers
- SAP experience ideal
- Good telephone manner
- Able to multitask
- React to change quickly
- Good geographical knowledge

All responses will be managed in line with the new GDPR regulations.
