Our financial services client is seeking a **Customer Service** **Administrator **to join their existing team.
Extensive training will be offered, and this will be great opportunity for you to gain experience within the financial services sector.
**Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client and supplier requests
- Produce finance documentation and forwarding to brokers
- Processing welcome packs
- Daily and ad-hoc administration tasks
**Skills and Experience required from the Customer Service Administrator include**:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administration role
- A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment
- IT Literate including Excel and Word
