Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Our client has a long established reputation as a leading partner of many of the top House Builders in the UK. You’ll be joining a small but experienced Customer Service team. This role is an even split of customer service - telephone/ administration.
**Summary of the role**:
Our client has a large number of field based technicians based across the whole of the UK. Your role, along with a handful of colleagues, will be to communicate with their House Builder clients and their field based technicians to ensure work is carried out timely and to be an expected standard. The key notes of this role are diary coordination: organising and planning the Technician’s diaries - for the upcoming day(s)). All administration related to updating their CRM system and Customer Service: answering from and making calls to their corporate customers and occasionally, residential customers.
**List of duties**:
- Managing and allocating bookings for Repair Technicians
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Administrate booking paperwork.
**What you’ll need to be successful within the role**:
- Previous office experience within a similar type role
- IT literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office and using bespoke systems
- A professional telephone manner and comfortable being on the telephone on a daily basis
- You will be operationally minded and comfortable working in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
