Operational Administrator - Be the Key to Exceptional Customer Service

**Uniserve is seeking a highly organized and motivated Operational Administrator to join our Key Account Management team at our Northampton facility.**

In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer service for our valued clients. You'll leverage your administrative expertise and strong communication skills to provide seamless support and accurate information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Key Account Management**: Assist the team with administrative tasks related to customer accounts, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Data Accuracy & Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, ensuring reports and KPI packs are prepared meticulously for customer reviews.
- **Logistics Liaison**: Bridge the communication gap between the Key Account Management team and warehouse departments, fostering collaboration and smooth workflow.
- **Commitment to Continuous Learning**: Actively participate in training opportunities to develop your skillset and stay current with industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment and adapt to change.
- Proven problem-solving skills with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain excellent organization, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Willingness to learn and contribute across the broader W&T Commercial Team.
