We are proud to work in partnership with the NHS and have a fantastic opportunity for a Part time Clinical Services Administrator to work as an integral part of our specialist team based at our Northampton clinic.
The role
As Clinical Services Administrator you will join an experienced admin team to provide effective and efficient administration services to the Orthotic clinic.
Key duties.
- Providing a reception service for patients/carers/customers including preparation of waiting areas for patients’ arrival.
- Arranging patient appointments
- Actioning all in-patient referrals on the same day as referral
- Monitoring delivery and collection times and reporting where necessary
- Ensuring all goods received for user are processed in a timely fashion and administering any action required
- Ensuring all goods required for clinics are made available to the Orthotist
- Inputting client sensitive information onto the database
- Completing inpatient paperwork and liaising with the Orthotist on call
