Hire Coordinator, Administrator, Customer Service
**Your new company
**My client are a hugely successful and well established lease hire business, operating in partnership with some of the country's largest Construction and Infrastructure businesses. They are looking for experienced Hire Administrators and Coordinatorsto join their team.
**Your new role
**Working on a hybrid basis (1 week office based and 1 week WFH)
You will work on a busy hire desk, as a Major Account controller, you will be responding to customer queries and bookings, ensuring the all equipment is on site, dealing with any issues that arise and offering the best level of customer service.
You will also raise all paperwork, ensuring that invoices are raised for the finance team and flagging any potential issues.
**What you'll need to succeed
**Ideally you will have worked in a customer focused environment within the construction sector
Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Excellent administration skills, with good use of MS Office
Be able to develop effective working relationships
