**Position**:Finance Administrator
**Salary**: £22 734.35 - £24 125.87

**Schedule**:Full Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
**Expected Start Date**: Late September/ Early October
**Location**:White Cross Industrial Estate, Alston House, Lancaster LA1 4XQ
FGH Security is looking for a highly motivated and organised Finance Administrator to join our team in Lancaster.
This position will involve working closely with the finance manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and record keeping.
**Main Duties**
- Monitor finance inboxes and resolve client queries.
- Process daily bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Processing creditor runs.
- Support the profit and loss and cashflow forecast processes.
- Credit control.
- Support the payroll process.
- Support the wider finance team with month end tasks.
- Raise weekly, monthly and per event invoices.
- Other finance admin tasks requested by finance manager.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who
- Has relevant accounting qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Demonstrates a professional and confident “can do” attitude.
- Is willing to learn and undertake formal training.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
**Skills**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Xero (desirable).
