This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Payroll Manager to join a fast-paced business in the North West region. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of payroll administrators and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of payroll administrators and provide training and coaching to ensure high standards of work, quality, and organizational performance are achieved.
  • Keep up to date with regulations and legislation relevant to payroll and take action where necessary, working closely with the senior management team.
  • Responsible for all payroll-related mergers and acquisitions and make improvements to payroll setup and internal audit processes.
  • Ensure all HMRC responsibilities are completed, including PAYE, P11D, and auto-enrollment obligations.

Successful candidates will have experience in both bureau and industry and be confident in communicating across all levels. On-site parking and secure working conditions are on offer, along with an attractive salary.
