Payroll Manager Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to excel in a dynamic business environment with excellent connectivity to the M6.
As a key member of the Finance team, you will oversee a team of 6 payroll administrators and be responsible for managing weekly and monthly payrolls. Key duties include:
- Leading and guiding the payroll team to ensure high standards of work quality and organizational performance.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, working closely with senior management to implement changes as needed.
- Managing payroll-related mergers and acquisitions.
- Improving payroll setup and internal audit processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC responsibilities, including PAYE and P11D.
