We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing, based near Lancaster with excellent transport links. This role offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As Executive Director of Payroll Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6, overseeing key tasks such as:

  • Leading a team of payroll administrators.
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate payroll processing, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborating with senior management to stay updated on relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Overseeing payroll-related projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Enhancing payroll setup and internal audit processes, supporting internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring adherence to HMRC requirements, including PAYE, P11D, and auto-enrollment obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in payroll management, preferably in both bureau and industry settings, with exceptional communication skills and leadership abilities. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £58,000.
