**Global Water Intelligence (GWI)**, the world’s leading intelligence service on the global water industry, is looking for a **Junior Database Executive** to join our business at an exciting time, as we have recently transitioned to our new cloud-based CRM platform, Workbooks. As Junior Database Executive, **you’ll gain valuable experience in CRM database management**, working closely with the mentorship of our CRM Analyst and Database Manager to ensure Workbooks is clean and maintained to a high standard of accuracy.

Through your CRM-based projects, you will gain exposure to key business systems and processes and, over time, the role will expand to include wider areas of responsibility according your strengths.

**Key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Ownership of regular data cleaning / maintenance for the People section of the database
- Supporting members of the team with other database maintenance tasks when required
- Supporting the database team and taking responsibility on key data projects to meet the changing functional needs of the business as it grows, and to ensure the database is optimised for the teams that use it.
- Working alongside the Database Manager to build your understanding of how the CRM functions, and to offer greater support in optimising the database over time.

Whilst we are not looking for specific experience, the following qualities would be desirable:

- Good communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- Time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Good computer literacy skills
- Enthusiastic and dependable
