**Location**:
You will be based in St Helier, Jersey. Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands, is a self-governing British Crown Dependency. The island has a large financial services industry and has been an attractive destination for expats for many years. Jersey also has one of the lowest crime rates in all the British Isles and some of the cleanest beaches in Europe. On top of that, income tax rate in Jersey is a flat 20% and there is no road tax.
**The role**:

- _client-centric and pragmatic approach. They have offices in various locations including Jersey, Guernsey, the Cayman Islands and BVI.
The firm works with many reputable financial institutions, corporate commercial entities, and private individuals.
As a Head of Employment, you will deliver technical legal advice to clients across various practice areas.
You will supervise and support your team, and actively participate in business development.
You will identify new cross selling opportunities and other ways to develop the firm’s services as well as recognize and implement any improvements to the service.
**Requirements**:
- You will be UK/Jersey/Guernsey qualified.
- At least 7 years of PQE gained in a reputable law firm.
- Significant employment law experience.
- Supervisory skills.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- First class communication and collaboration skills.
