We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as **Associate Director**, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**In this role, you will**:

- Work individually and also assist and provide guidance and oversight to more junior Trust Relationship Managers (TRMs) to manage succession planning structures for Global Private Banking (GPB) clients based in the MENA region
- Ensure that relationships are managed to a high standard and that there is strong connectivity with the GPB Global Relationship Manager and the GPB Market Heads based in Switzerland, London, UAE and Singapore
- Provide assistance with team projects, management and deputise for the team head as required.
- Assist with new trust opportunities referred into TFS for the MENA region and support TRMs to enable their on-boarding into TFS
- Assist with developing, retaining and recruiting key talent within TFS
- Provide technical guidance and support to more junior team members and ensure structure specific risks are mitigated as appropriate through engagement with internal stakeholders both locally and globally as well as engaging with third party tax and legal advisors
- Act as ‘A’ authorised signatory (or equivalent),
Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Experience of trust and company administration also at supervisory level.
- Ideally a holder of “Table 4” qualification as well as STEP Diploma or other qualification relevant to trust and company administration.
- High degree of familiarity with the Jersey regulatory environment including in-depth knowledge of AML and CFT requirements.
- A highly effective communicator at all levels, including at Senior Management, business and GPB level.
- Possess the ability to drive positive outcomes through strong negotiation and leadership skills.
