**Responsibilities**:
**Description of the Business Line or Department**

The purpose of the Fiduciary department is to deliver a high-quality trust and company administration service to the underlying client base in the most cost effective and commercial manner for the ultimate shareholder.

The business line has SG Trust Asia, SGKH Trust CI Limited and SGKH Trust London within its scope

**Summary of the key purposes of the role**
- Ensure the delivery of a first-class administration service to clients in full compliance of our internal policies and Regulatory framework
- Support Co-ordination and monitoring of the delivery of the Board approved Commercial Strategy
- To be the line manager for all Jersey based Private Client Directors
- To be an active member of the Senior Leadership team
- Act as a point of reference on technical and operational Fiduciary matters

**Summary of responsibilities**
- Line Management of all Jersey PCDs
- To work closely with the Head of Guernsey Trust to align Jersey and Guernsey PCD activities
- To create and maintain an effective commercial framework with all PCDS
- To report and monitor the Commercial Pipeline
- To engender a collaborative culture in the Trust commercial and administration teams which develops long-term relationships with all clients and their advisors.
- To co-ordinate and document the day-to-day commercial activities of the SGKH CI Trust team ensuring that the appropriate levels of financial controls, management information systems and regulatory requirements are evidenced to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and relevant Commercial Committee to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to clients.
- To support the Trust business development officer to research and develop marketing opportunities for the SGKH CI Trust team both within and outside the KH Group.
- To be the independent reviewer of all Trust client complaints
- To be the Regulatory point person for the KH Compliance Department
- To meet regulatory and legislative requirements associated with the various businesses as appropriate.

**EDUCATION**
- Significant and relevant Trust and Company/Wealth Management experience at a Senior Management level
- Principal person as defined and approved by regulatory body
- A relevant professional qualification: ACIB/STEP
- Legal or tax/accountancy background/ qualifications.
