We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Support Administrator where you will be based at our Brize Norton office reporting to the Contract, Compliance and Data Manager. The postholder is required to provide full administrative support to all Managerial and Supervisory staff within the Brize Norton Tank Services team.

This is a full-time role with daily hours of 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday with a one-hour meal break. The postholder may also be asked to undertake additional hours on an as & when basis with notice. Any additional hours worked will be paid at the postholders basic rate of pay.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately.
- Using the paper/CRM system to collate and report business information as required.
- Providing support for all operational staff.
- Scheduling & Planning of daily planned and reactive works
- Maintaining the efficient and professional standards of the depot.
- To assist with the general office administration duties required for the efficient running of the depot.
- Any other administrative duties that may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
- Providing full office cover in the event of absence of other office staff for any reason
- Any other duties for which the postholder is suitably experienced and qualified to undertake and instructed to do so by Supervision to meet the needs of the business.

**How you can help us with your experience**:

- Previous experience of operating in a dynamic office environment.
- Scheduling & Planning experience advantageous
- Must be able to operate on own initiative without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to tailor such skills to any group of people.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.
